Job Summary:

Kneaders Bakery and Cafe is seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our team. As a Bread Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality breads using honest, whole ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce a variety of artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads using traditional baking techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet production demands and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance the bakery's offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in large-scale baking or pastry production.
• Formal baking or pastry education is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
