Recruiter Job Summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our Industrial division. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for creating sourcing strategies, conducting candidate interviews, and developing relationships with hiring managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create tailored sourcing strategies for each requisition
  • Conduct in-person or virtual candidate interviews
  • Build business partnerships with hiring managers and clients
  • Host HR events to promote brand awareness
  • Develop effective negotiation and communication skills
  • Serve as a consultant to educate clients and candidates about market trends
  • Work in a full-cycle recruitment environment
  • Develop targeted strategies to contact talented professionals
  • Ensure job postings and career pages attract candidates reflective of our culture and values
  • Take job orders and probe for details of job descriptions
  • Build ongoing loyalty and relationships with clients and candidates
  • Market top candidates to new and existing clients
