Position Overview

As a Receptionist at SafeSplash + SwimLabs Morrisville (Triangle), you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Engagement: Greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate client records, process payments, and schedule classes and appointments efficiently.
  • Lead Outreach: Proactively contact potential clients to encourage enrollment.
  • Check-In Services: Manage the check-in process for clients attending classes.
  • Retail Assistance: Provide knowledgeable support regarding retail merchandise and manage sales effectively.
  • Community Support: Prepare and track donations to local non-profit organizations.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and promote special events, ensuring all client communications are up-to-date and visible in the lobby area.
Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • A positive and professional demeanor, with a focus on hospitality and care.
  • Strong customer service skills, capable of delivering exceptional experiences and managing customer escalations.
  • Proficiency in using software applications, including spreadsheets and word processing tools.
  • A reliable and adaptable schedule, with availability for evening and weekend shifts.
  • Preferred experience in:
    • Lead outreach and follow-up.
    • Knowledge of swim lessons or competitive swimming, including familiarity with basic strokes and teaching methods.
    • CPR and First Aid certification.
