Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Plumber to join our team at MacCormack Plumbing, Inc. and MacCo Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and HVAC service, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work in residential and commercial settings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance, inspecting and repairing equipment, and responding to emergency maintenance requests. They will also be required to adhere to all safety policies and procedures, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency services.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber
  • MA Licensed, with NH License for Gas Fitting and Plumbing a plus
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

We offer a competitive hourly rate, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 401(k) with company match, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, company vehicle and gas card, company uniforms, and 8 paid holidays.

The schedule for this role is Monday – Friday 8am - 4:30pm, with a rotating on-call schedule for emergency services.
