Nurse Practitioner Float Pool PRN Nights

This role provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and supervising staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The role is accountable to support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of nursing best practices, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a registered nurse.
- At least 2 years of experience in the specialty area.
