Job Summary:This is a full-time position that requires a high level of expertise and dedication to providing top-notch care to our patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
