About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dietary Ambassador to join our Nutrition Services team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients, families, and visitors receive exceptional nutritional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service through phone calls, internal communications, and patient meal delivery
  • Assemble, coordinate, and deliver patient meals, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Assist patients in selecting appropriate meals, referring those requiring additional information to the clinical dietitian for follow-up
  • Perform a variety of routine duties, including cold food production, café service, catering setup, dishwashing, and cashiering
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Current Washington State Food Handlers Card
  • Minimum one year of previous relevant experience
