Position Overview:

The Supply Chain Analyst at Cypress HCM will oversee the supply chain operations. This role encompasses the daily oversight and execution of our Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in reporting and data analysis to facilitate informed strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage MRP parameters within the SAP system.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure MRP parameters accurately reflect the current operational status.
  • Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Monthly Business Review processes through analytical insights and documentation.
  • Maintain and update the company's inventory classification model to ensure its accuracy and relevance.
  • Develop a monthly production schedule based on sales orders, production order data, capacity, material availability, and other critical factors.
  • Create a production plan extending over a 3+ month horizon.
  • Perform various planning analyses to identify and address material availability challenges.
  • Ensure all new production proposals align with approved sales orders for dosage and quantity accuracy.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (Product Development, Sales, Finance, Customer Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics) to ensure timely and precise processing of customer sales orders, focusing on achieving optimal on-time and in-full performance metrics.
  • Conduct ad hoc data analyses as requested by departmental leadership.
  • Play a vital role in the change management process by managing production orders, coordinating with other departments to capture changes and associated costs.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth integration of changes and maintain effective communication throughout the production workflow.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall success of the planning functions.
  • Complete other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning or a related role within a manufacturing context.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP by Design.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems methodologies and procedures.

Salary Range: $66,828.00-$84,500.00
