Bowling Attendant

Imagine working in a dynamic environment where every day is a new opportunity to make a lasting impression. As a Greeter/Counter Desk Associate with Bowlero Corp, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Manage the waitlist and track availability to ensure seamless lane assignments.
• Prepare for leagues and events, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
• Ring sales at the counter and maintain accurate cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of any equipment malfunctions and log issues promptly.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction and operate our POS system, central panel, and P/A system.

What We're Looking For:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, or prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Proven success in school or previous job experience, demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol.
