Job Description:

The Table Games Dealer is responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a secure gaming environment at BlueWater Casino & Resort. This role involves dealing games accurately and efficiently, handling guest transactions, and maintaining the integrity of the games.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal games according to departmental policies and procedures
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests
  • Handle guest transactions and verify fills and credits
  • Maintain the security and protection of the games
  • Notify supervisors of any irregularities or issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Successful completion of dealer training and audition
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Salary and Benefits:
