Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce complete construction documents, including design drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with consultants and project managers to ensure project schedules and deadlines are met
  • Establish and maintain project schedules throughout the construction documents phase
  • Communicate effectively with team members and consultants to ensure project accuracy and completion

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional architectural work experience
  • General knowledge of building codes, CAD standards, and procedures
  • In-depth AutoCAD proficiency; Revit proficiency is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple project types and clients
