ABA Therapist

Level Ahead ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to join our team as a Behavior Technician (ABA Paraprofessional). This role involves working one-on-one with clients with autism and related disorders in their homes/communities, under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst.

As a Behavior Technician, you will provide direct behavioral intervention to clients, work together with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervisor to implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs, and collect behavior and skill acquisition data for each session.

Key qualifications include a minimum of 6 months of experience in the field of ABA, education/experience in education, special education, or mental health fields, and a high school diploma or equivalent. RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification is also required.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct behavioral intervention to clients in individual sessions
• Working together with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervisor to implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
• Collecting behavior and skill acquisition data for each session
• Being responsive to the needs and requests of clients and their families
• Maintaining active communication with clients, families, BCBA supervisors, and Level Ahead's admin team
