Job Title: Valet Parking Attendant

Join our team as a Valet Parking Attendant at Parking Management Company (PMC), where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our parking services team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient parking services for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Arrival and Departure: Greet guests with a warm and professional welcome, assist with check-in and check-out processes, and provide information about hotel amenities.
  • Luggage Assistance: Safely handle guests' luggage, transporting it to and from rooms promptly, and offer assistance with carrying luggage and providing information about room features.
  • Valet Parking: Collaborate with the valet parking team to ensure a smooth and efficient parking and retrieval process for guests' vehicles, safely drive and park vehicles, and adhere to company and safety standards.
  • Guest Services: Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, and maintain clear and effective communication with the front desk, concierge, and other departments.
  • Safety and Security: Monitor the entrance area for any suspicious activity, report concerns promptly, and adhere to safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and their belongings.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
  • Capability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds.
  • Preferred, but not required: ability to drive a standard (stick-shift) vehicle.
  • Ability to use personal cell phone for work purposes.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport luggage, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
