Primary Care Physician Opportunity

About the Role:
In this role, you will work closely with patients to understand their health goals and develop personalized treatment plans to address their specific needs. You will conduct routine check-ups, manage chronic diseases, and provide education on healthy living habits and disease prevention. As a key member of our team, you will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of patients, including routine check-ups, physical examinations, and treatment planning.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patient needs.
- Manage chronic diseases, such as diabetes and hypertension, through medication management and lifestyle counseling.
- Provide education to patients on healthy living habits and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Current medical license in any state or territory of the United States.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- BLS certification or equivalent.
- DEA certification.
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
