Key Responsibilities- Develop and deploy large-scale AI models, optimizing for performance, scalability, and user experience across diverse domains.
- Collaborate with AI Lab engineers to integrate your models as scalable, real-time AI systems in the cloud.
- Enhance our model serving runtime for efficient serving of speech and natural language models in both streaming and batch applications.
- Consult with product and business teams to identify opportunities for leveraging AI to enhance existing products and create new ones.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in a field related to science, engineering, software, or mathematics.
- 4+ years of experience working on ASR, NLP or closely related AI field.
- Publications in conferences such as Interspeech, ICASSP, ACL, NeurIPS, or ICML are a plus.
- Graduate Degree PhD degree in a field related to science, engineering, software, or mathematics.
- Experience using optimized inference engines like OnnxRuntime or TensorRT and model serving runtimes like Triton Inference Server.
- Strong programming skills in Python. Proficiency in C++ and other languages is advantageous.
