Requirements:

  • Associate degree, technical diploma, or bachelor's degree in mechanical/hydraulic disciplines
  • Proficiency in mechanical applications and CAD skills with SolidWorks or equivalent 3D modeling tools
  • Preferred: IFPS Certification (or other equivalent hydraulic certification) and three years of hydraulic design experience
  • Integration skills for electronics, electro-hydraulic, hydraulic, and mechanical components
  • Strong system analysis skills and in-depth knowledge of hydraulics (pumps, valves, cylinders, and plumbing)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of self-discipline, motivation, and teamwork ability
