We are seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead HR functions across all Eide Automotive Group locations. This role is critical to ensuring efficient operation of HR practices, employee engagement, and compliance across our multi-state operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage HR operations for all Eide Automotive Group locations in North Dakota and Minnesota.
  • Partner with dealership leadership teams to understand business needs and align HR strategies to support company goals.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract and retain top talent across multiple locations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Manage employee relations, providing guidance and resolution of issues in a fair and consistent manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management, preferably within a multi-location or dealership environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations across North Dakota and Minnesota.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
