Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Experience: 2 years required (exceptions may apply based on the unit)

License: Valid WI License required

Certifications: BLS, PALS, AHA Certifications

Must-Have: Cerner Experience, Level II Trauma experience, Flu Vaccine (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)

Job Description:

* Provide high-quality patient care in the pediatric medical-surgical unit, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

* Rotate every other weekend and every other holiday; no on-call duties.

* Must be willing to float to the PICU as required.

* Previous experience with the Cerner system is necessary.

* Required to complete BID, CCAP, and WI caregiver documentation promptly.

* Proof of background initiation and lab/DS appointments to be submitted within 48 hours.

* 8 hours of non-billable orientation required.

* Compliance with all health and safety protocols.

* Efficiently handle any work schedule adjustments to meet assignment requirements.
