Cath Lab Technologist Job Description

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and technical support in the cath lab
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines
  • Develop and implement effective patient care plans, taking into account individual patient needs and medical histories
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding of patient care plans and progress
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
  • Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse healthcare teams
