Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk/Host to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a Front Desk/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
  • Act as an ambassador for the building, greeting guests with a smile and enthusiasm, and coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones.
  • Manage the front desk and host station, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring all menus are stocked and properly cleaned and maintained.
  • Assist with guest transactions, including processing payments and handling returns.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Participate in inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining a favorable working relationship with all team members.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $8.75 to $12.75 per hour, depending on experience. We are an equal opportunity employer and participate in E-Verify in states where required.
