We are seeking an experienced Corporate Accounts Manager to join our team at LGC Biosearch Technologies, a global leader in life science tools. As a key member of our commercial corporate accounts team, you will be responsible for managing and completing important sales initiatives for our biggest strategic partner.
Your primary focus will be on supporting customer sites in the US and Europe, working in cross-functional teams with all internal departments and externally to develop and grow our global partnership. You will identify new business development and sales strategies and tactics for our D&G product offering, aligned with our annual business goals, to drive sustainable future business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and achieve sales targets for our largest strategic partner by leading a strategic sales process and being accountable for revenue, margin, and unit goals.
- Negotiate and manage senior-level negotiations and contract agreements with C-level executives, including R&D, Commercial, and Procurement teams.
- Develop a roadmap to capture key new products and opportunities, present proposals, and drive business reviews with our strategic customer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead all aspects of the sales process, ensuring effective project management and commercial agreements.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in IVD-related sales management roles, focusing on B2B strategic partnerships and/or corporate account management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences or equivalent experience in a related scientific field.
- Molecular Diagnostics (MDx) and/or Biochemistry & Immunoassay expertise.
- US citizenship or the right to work in the US.
- Strong presentation skills, comfortable addressing executive teams, and proficiency in Excel and finance.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and explain problems and solutions effectively.
