Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with grocery shopping and light housekeeping chores.

  • Arrive on time and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.
  • Safeguard clients by observing infection control procedures and reporting any abnormal findings.
  • Represent Maxim Healthcare Services with a positive image and adhere to company standards and procedures.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • One year of experience as a Companion Care Homemaker/Companion Care Provider preferred.
  • Ability to carry out tasks in a professional manner and adhere to policies regarding professionalism and boundaries preferred.
  • Must demonstrate a compassionate nature and possess strong interpersonal skills preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, supervisors, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in the English language is required.
  • Computer proficiency required.
