We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our Pizza Hut Shop team in Plainview, TX. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business meets its financial goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
- Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including food costs, labor costs, and sales trends, to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other restaurant managers and corporate teams to share best practices and implement company-wide initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a strong track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Ability to stand on your feet for 8-10 hours without rest, and work a 6-day week with 50-55 hours per week, including 9 peaks.
