Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, subcontractors, visitors, and guests.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy at all times.
  • Provide warehouse support for the local market and assist other warehouses within the network.
  • Train and assist employees in their roles.
  • Lead the team to achieve all goals and objectives set by our Supply Chain.
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of customers, both internal and external.
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures as directed by management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of warehouse experience is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment is essential.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is necessary.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Must be eligible to work for any US employer without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary Range: The typical salary range for this position is $70,400.00 to $119,700.00, commensurate with experience.

Essential Functions: The role involves intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Hand manipulation is required for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation. The position requires reaching and working above and below shoulder height. Candidates must be alert to equipment in the field, as travel may be necessary, and work may occur near construction job site equipment. There may be occasional exposure to hazardous equipment and machinery, uneven ground, dust, gas, fumes, noise, and extreme temperatures or humidity.
