- Serving as the area manager and Group Leader.
- Overseeing and executing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with ASTM or superior standards.
- Managing and conducting Phase II ESAs.
- Directing or participating in Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) for various clients.
- Conducting or supervising inspections for asbestos and lead-based paint.
- Maintaining and expanding an existing client portfolio while fostering new business relationships.
- Possessing a comprehensive understanding of due diligence processes, Ohio brownfield redevelopment, and BUSTR regulations.
- Exhibiting thorough knowledge of project statuses and objectives.
- Executing tasks across various disciplines to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Responding promptly to client inquiries.
- Performing additional duties as required.
