Civil Litigation Counsel

We are looking for a dedicated Civil Litigation Counsel to join our legal team. In this role, you will advocate for clients in various legal matters, prepare essential legal documents, and provide guidance on legal transactions. Compensation will be based on experience, and a comprehensive salary and benefits package will be discussed during the interview process. Relocation assistance is available for the selected candidate, and travel expenses for the interview will also be reimbursed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for clients in court proceedings or before regulatory bodies
• Draft and prepare legal documents on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice on business transactions and other legal matters
• Facilitate negotiations for dispute resolutions
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards and regulations
• Manage administrative and operational functions related to legal practice

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the legal field with a valid license in good standing
• Eligible candidates may include 1L-3L law students
• Recent law school graduates who are preparing for or have recently completed the Bar Exam
• Familiarity with various legal documentation
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to establish rapport with clients
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
