We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Plant Operations Specialist to join our team at Procter & Gamble. Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain high-speed converting and packing equipment to optimize production efficiency.
- Monitor and control production processes from a computer terminal to ensure timely and accurate production.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends, to meet production demands.
- Collaborate with a team to meet performance goals and maintain accurate data and records.

- Experience with world-renowned production technologies and equipment.

- 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
- Ability to wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes).
- Meet the following physical requirements:
- Operating essential material handling equipment.
- Using basic hand and power tools.
- Lifting 50 pounds by bending and stooping.
- Climbing, standing, and moving around on stairs, ladders, and platforms.
- Twisting, turning, and bending.
- Entering confined spaces.
- Standing on concrete floors for an extended period of time.
- Background in electrical (though not required).
- Starting pay: $30.83/hour.
