We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Plant Operations Specialist to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our production facilities, ensuring the highest quality products for our consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain high-speed converting and packing equipment to optimize production efficiency.
  • Monitor and control production processes from a computer terminal to ensure timely and accurate production.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends, to meet production demands.
  • Collaborate with a team to meet performance goals and maintain accurate data and records.

Requirements:
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts.
  • Ability to wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes).
  • Meet the following physical requirements:
    • Operating essential material handling equipment.
    • Using basic hand and power tools.
    • Lifting 50 pounds by bending and stooping.
    • Climbing, standing, and moving around on stairs, ladders, and platforms.
    • Twisting, turning, and bending.
    • Entering confined spaces.
    • Standing on concrete floors for an extended period of time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in electrical (though not required).
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Starting pay: $30.83/hour.
