Job Title: Director, Patient Solutions

AssistRx is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Patient Solutions to lead our patient solutions program. This is a critical role that requires a strong leader with a proven track record of success in healthcare operations and patient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the patient solutions program, including strategy development, program implementation, and ongoing evaluation and improvement.
  • Lead a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient solutions that meet the needs of our clients and patients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, patients, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on program performance metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in patient solutions, healthcare operations, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
