Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and manage a portfolio of $15-20 million or higher, with a focus on growth, asset quality, and stable income.

  • Collaborate with the lending team to generate new loan applications, underwrite loan requests, and ensure compliance with bank policies.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in commercial lending and business development. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and managerial skills.
  • A strong understanding of commercial financial statements, risk assessment, and lending law and compliance requirements.
