Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training curricula that meet the needs of our students and the healthcare industry.
- Deliver instruction in a variety of formats, including classroom and online training.
- Assess student learning and provide feedback to improve student outcomes.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective training program.
Requirements:
- Passion for training and mentoring Medical Assistants or Medical Assistant Interns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in healthcare education or a related field.
Work Schedule:
10 hours per week, evenings.
