Tumbleweed Tex Mex Grill & Margarita Bar is a dynamic dining establishment seeking a skilled Server to join our team in Zanesville, OH. As a member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

We offer a competitive salary range of $500-$800 per week, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health care, a 401(k) plan, a ROTH plan, Thanksgiving and Christmas day off, a formal training program, an anniversary and achievement recognition program, and a dining discount. ">Job Description

Your primary responsibilities as a Server will include:

  • Promoting positive brand awareness through outstanding service and interactions with guests
  • Greeting guests and informing them of current promotions and specials
  • Accurately taking food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS system
  • Serving all orders quickly and correctly while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Providing attentive and responsive service to ongoing guests, addressing their needs efficiently and effectively
  • Having complete knowledge of Tumbleweed's alcohol policies and procedures
  • Handling payment transactions in a secure and efficient manner, protecting both the guest and the restaurant's interests
  • Adhering to Tumbleweed's high standards of sanitation and cleanliness
  • Collaborating with other restaurant staff to maintain a well-organized and efficient operation
  • Performing all side work as required, including cleaning and resetting tables
  • Maintaining Tumbleweed uniform standards and presenting a professional appearance at all times
Requirements and Qualifications
