Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Master Model Craftsman to join our team. As a Master Model Craftsman, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling components & finished goods to product specifications, completing, modifying & testing models, sub-assemblies, and finished goods, documenting and maintaining manufacturing procedures for specified devices, diagnosing and troubleshooting defects and errors, calibrating, testing, and maintaining production and test-associated equipment where applicable and designated.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need an excellent eye for detail, machine shop skills, experience with hand tools, different types of plastics, acrylics, silicon rubber molds, and various casting materials, good mechanical aptitude, ability to read blueprints and other product specs, good organizational skills, problem-solving skills, dependable work habits, and the ability to frequently lift/move items up to 25 pounds, sometimes over 50 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required.
