Salary

We offer a highly competitive compensation plan with an earning potential of over $100K per year. Our salary range is estimated between $33-$67 per session and $16.90 per hour for non-session work, plus additional incentive bonuses.

Job Description

As an Equinox Personal Trainer, your role will involve:

  • Developing and executing personalized fitness programs for clients
  • Maintaining a strong client base through effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Managing schedules, appointments, and availability within our internal systems
  • Providing exceptional customer service and hospitality
  • Staying up-to-date with club services, programs, and products
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Nationally recognized personal training certification or a bachelor's degree in the field
  • CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants)
  • Possession of passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Basic computer and technology skills
