  • Maintain a well-merchandised store, including merchandise recovery and maintenance, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support sales goals by engaging customers, promoting products, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Participate in shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies.
  • Interact with colleagues in a positive and respectful manner, promoting a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes.
