We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Licensed Optician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering legendary customer service, perfectly crafting high-quality eyewear, and exceeding customer expectations.

• Welcome and set expectations with customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen, providing expert guidance and support to colleagues.
• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust and fit eyewear, and ensure finished products meet standards and customer needs.
• Assist team members with complex product needs and prescriptions, showcasing your technical expertise.
• Utilize technology efficiently, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail despite time pressure and customer volume.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
• Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and competing priorities with ease.
• Strive for exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies, driving business growth and success.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store environment, taking pride in your work.
• Identify and report safety opportunities, demonstrating a commitment to workplace safety.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills, including communication, listening, and teamwork.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Selling skills, including the ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet.
• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators.
• Embracing new technology and change.

• Previous customer service and retail experience.
