Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL-A Dedicated Team Truck Driver to join our team. As a dedicated team driver, you will be paired with a qualified partner to haul dry van trailers filled with home improvement supplies. Enjoy a 100% no-touch and 100% drop-and-hook experience, with 10 loads per week and a consistent schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive within CO, IA, KS, MO, ND, NE, SD, and WY
  • Participate in Schneider's Team Pet Policy, allowing you to bring your dog or cat on the road
  • Meet weekly performance pay and bonus potential
  • Qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers
  • Enjoy paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months, and 6 days of holiday pay per year
  • Earn 2% of annual gross pay each year in annual bonuses
Requirements
  • Must be a formed team
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • HazMat endorsement required within 60 days of hire
  • Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
