We are seeking a skilled Household Associate to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Household Associate, you will provide safe and compassionate care to our patients, assisting with Activities of Daily Living and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide turning and positioning every two hours when indicated
- Perform routine treatment procedures, including application of devices for heat, cold, etc.
- Take temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, height, and blood pressure accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepares patient for meals, assists with meals or feeds patients, and distributes drinking water and nourishment to patients in a timely manner
- Anticipates patient needs and makes rounds of assigned patients
- Collects and transports specimens according to procedure
- Maintains a safe environment for the resident, including bed in low position, side rails up per policy, and call light within patient's reach
- GED equivalent or High School certificate
- Less than one year experience required
- Basic computer skills and Standard Office Equipment
- Medical terminology and Medical equipment
- Hoyer lift and specialty beds
- American Heart Association CPR/BLS Certification and GNA licensure
