About the Role

Med Ninjas is seeking a skilled Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join our medical team. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients, including routine deliveries, complicated births, and emergency procedures;">
  • Interpret fetal heart rate monitoring results and perform ultrasounds to diagnose pregnancy-related complications;">
  • Perform surgical procedures, such as C-sections, repair lacerations, and minor gynecological surgeries;">
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication;">
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes using EPIC documentation system;">
  • Participate in on-call rotations, providing urgent medical attention and consultations as needed;">
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth handovers, shared knowledge, and optimal patient outcomes;">

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician who can hit the ground running. To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A valid medical license to practice in the United States;">
  • Board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology;">
  • Excellent clinical skills, including expertise in fetal heart rate interpretation, ultrasound, and surgical procedures;">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;">
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, specifically EPIC;">
  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations;">
  • Comfort with shift work, including on-call rotations and weekend shifts;">
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workflows;">
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in OBGYN medicine;">
