Responsibilities- Provide Personal Care: Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting dignity and respect.
- Support Medical Procedures: Prepare patients and equipment for medical procedures, and provide manual assistance as needed.
- Collect and Record Data: Obtain and record patient data, including vital signs, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Current Nurse Aide I Registry: Must be listed on the N.C. Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Service Regulation.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Basic Life Support Certification: Must be certified by the American Heart Association.
