Overview

Hallmark US Springboard is seeking a highly motivated and organized Part Time Retail Merchandiser to join our team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for merchandising, creating, and building displays within your territory for a positive shopper experience.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain product inventory levels, restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products in assigned stores.
  2. Utilize mobile device provided by Hallmark to communicate with supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys for required merchandising activities.
  3. Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels as well as support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations, when needed.

Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Capable of grasping, pulling, lifting, and carrying products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Able to operate hand-held technology provided to open and read documents and interpret information.
  • Reliable transportation to report to assigned locations.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $13-$14 per hour, based on the location and part-time status.
