Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Elma, WA. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive school district and make a significant impact on student behavior and learning outcomes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a BCBA to provide comprehensive behavior analysis services across K-5th Grade Levels. The ideal candidate will have experience in a school setting or with similar caseloads and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and create behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to address the behavioral needs of a caseload of approximately 10 students.
  • Deliver training and guidance to school personnel on effective behavior management techniques.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of behavioral data and interventions.
Qualifications:
  • Current BCBA certification/license.
  • Experience in a school setting or with similar caseloads is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with educators, students, and families.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $45+, dependent on experience and qualifications.
