Optical Supervisor

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optical Supervisor to join our team at Warby Parker. As an Optical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading the optical team, and ensuring that our stores meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

• Customer Service: Work directly with customers to meet their eyewear needs, take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear, and ensure that our finished eyewear meets our optical standards.
• Leadership: Set the store up for success each day, drive sales, and work with store management to lead and mentor the Optical team.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain general store systems, inventory databases, and business operations, and foster a positive employee culture.

• A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or an ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states) with 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities.
• Passionate about the eyewear and retail industries.
