Job Summary

Meta Inc is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Application Manager to join our Enterprise Product team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing products that power the enterprise. Your expertise in supply chain planning and execution will help drive business outcomes and improve productivity.

Responsibilities

* Design, configure, implement, and operationalize supply chain planning applications
* Drive process and product metrics by optimizing application usage
* Own application integrations with third-party products and Meta's internal systems
* Ensure application health, reliability, and scalability
* Responsible for vendor product data security, access management, and audit compliance
* Drive underlying process reliability and scalability
* Work closely with business leaders to develop short and long-term strategies

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, finance, or a quantitative field
* Experience with at least one full cycle of vendor product implementation, cut over, launch, and post-launch support
* Hands-on experience with E2Open applications, including its architecture, functionality, and configuration
* 5+ years of vendor product build or implementation experience
* 4+ years of experience working on data models with hands-on experience to write queries and perform data analysis
* 7+ years of experience in building and implementing solutions in supply chain planning (demand, supply planning) and execution domains
* Experience in understanding, designing, and developing custom budgeting, forecasting, and planning tools that can satisfy the requirements of multiple business groups
* Experience in scaling vendor product usage (vertical and horizontal)
* Experience leading a team of vendor support teams
* Experience quantifying business impact of various work streams and aligning multiple stakeholders on a common product roadmap
* Experience leading architecture discussions that could involve integration of multiple third-party and internally built solutions
* Experience working with engineers in building extensions (using platform)
* Experience driving business outcomes by analyzing SLAs, defect trends, priority, severity, and operational metrics

Preferred Qualifications

* Vendor product certifications
* Domain certification - Industry Association or statutory certifications
* Analytical and quantitative skills with experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
* Experience clearly communicating data insights to others
* Domain expertise in project-based planning environments
* Experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus
