About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RMA Technician to join our Warehouse Operations team at Sorenson Communications. As an RMA Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing and resolution of returned merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
  • UPS Shipping and Receiving: Use and understand the UPS shipping software program and all UPS shipping and receiving procedures.
  • RMA Processing: Receive and sign for incoming shipments of returned phones or repackaging materials, and manage the RMA process to test all defective returns.
  • Warehouse Operations: Organize and prioritize warehouse components, and operate a forklift (must maintain a current Fork Lift Certificate).
  • Shipping and Refurbishment: Ship CaptionCall phones and supplies to Trainers and customers, and refurbish and reship returned phones that are operational.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide weekly and monthly reports of items shipped and summaries of challenges and successes, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Skills: Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.), and ability to communicate effectively orally and through written reports.
