Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Structural BIM Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for creating 3D structural models in Revit, producing drawings for construction, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality designs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain 3D structural models in Revit, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Produce high-quality drawings and documents for construction, meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate models, detect clashes, and produce coordinated designs.
  • Work under the guidance of senior structural BIM leaders and engineers to ensure project success.
  • Participate in project planning, coordination, and execution, contributing to the development of project deliverables.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in structural design, with a focus on BIM and Revit.
  • Strong understanding of structural planning, drafting, detailing, and building materials.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
