Position Overview:
- Full-Time | Day Shifts
- The Rehabilitation Nurse will assess assigned patients, develop care plans, implement interventions, and document nursing activities.
- This role involves assisting physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
- The nurse will conduct various patient assessments and administer medications in accordance with nursing standards.
- Promoting patient autonomy by setting care objectives and educating patients and families about their conditions, medications, and self-management skills is essential.
- Utilizes experience and clinical judgment to achieve care objectives.
- Engages in a variety of tasks, requiring creativity and independent thinking.
- Typically reports to a unit manager or department head.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Must hold a valid MS Registered Nurse certification.
- Knowledgeable about standard practices and procedures in the nursing field.
