Key Responsibilities of the Inspire Connection Program Director:
  • Oversee operational performance and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with policies
  • Assist in training all Garden House Team Members
  • Communicate effectively with families regarding resident engagement
  • Evaluate incoming residents and conduct periodic assessments to identify interests and activity needs
  • Coordinate daily activity routines and specialized activities for the Garden House
  • Plan and facilitate a variety of dementia-appropriate activities, social events, and outings
  • Manage supplies, scheduling, and setup for all activities
  • Provide daily status updates on all Garden House residents
  • Ensure cleanliness and security in all common and activity areas
  • Support the Garden House Team with housekeeping, laundry, and meal assistance as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Resident Satisfaction:
  • Lead efforts to maintain high standards for Garden House activities
  • Engage regularly with residents and families
  • Ensure residents' activity needs are met with a focus on individuality and dignity
  • Train the Garden House team in the Inspire Connection activity program
  • Recognize residents' special occasions and coordinate holiday celebrations
  • Monitor resident participation in activities and adjust event calendars accordingly
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent (must be at least 18 years of age)
  • Two years of experience in dementia care
  • Experience in senior living preferred
  • Must meet all background check requirements
