We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Tele RN to join our team at Common Spirit. As a Medical Tele RN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to medical patients, including those with infectious diseases, pulmonary, GI, and other diagnoses.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Utilize Epic as our electronic health record to facilitate bedside documentation and medication verification.
- Work closely with the Clinical Manager, Clinical Coordinator, and Charge Nurses to maintain a smooth unit flow.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
- Previous Medical/Surgical experience is preferred. New graduates are also considered for residency positions.
- Current RN license from the Washington State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS through the American Heart Association.
