LPN Addiction Treatment Specialist

**Job Summary:**
The LPN provides clinical support to the nursing team and other providers in the Opioid Treatment Program. This role performs direct patient care and assists in the administration of daily medications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide clinical support to the nursing team and other providers
* Perform direct patient care
* Assist in the administration of daily medications
* Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care
**Requirements:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State without restrictions
* Minimum of two (2) years experience as an LPN in an Outpatient or Inpatient clinical setting
* Proficient with computers
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
* Excellent communication skills
**Compensation:**
* Hourly Rate Range: $34.66/hour
