Role Overview: The Brand Marketing Coordinator will be instrumental in developing marketing strategies and brand guidelines tailored for real estate agents. This position focuses on enhancing agents' branding and outreach efforts while ensuring that the marketing team consistently meets the deliverables outlined in the Lever Value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement marketing campaigns for both Lever and individual real estate agents.
  • Create customized brand guidelines and marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets that align with agent branding.
  • Collaborate with sales agents to strategize and establish brand guidelines that reflect their vision and objectives.
  • Assist agents in assessing their marketing needs through regular communication and strategic planning sessions.
  • Manage content creation for social media and websites for both Lever and agents.
  • Oversee property marketing and new listings to ensure effective promotion.
  • Coordinate a monthly marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives.
  • Work with virtual assistants to provide clear direction and communication on tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and GSuite.
  • Strong skills in social media and online marketing.
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory.
